-If you're on within five spots of your pick and don't send a list, you have thirty minutes to pick when it's your turn (as opposed to the full two hours). Everyone should be capable of sending a five person list.
-30 minutes for all 2nd round picks, regardless of if you're on or not? Or 30 minutes for off, 15 for on? Something to speed that round up, an hour is still too long IMO.

if someone's on they should get their time rather than using their list, otherwise, list.

its not dropping hype, its if you are on within five picks of your pick you have to send a list before you log off, or if you dont, you only have thirty minutes to pick regardless of if you are on or not
