except Lee was drafted/created as a PF. He was clearly not meant to be a SG. Johnny Green, Bill Smith, Temple Tucker (who played an entire season at SG btw, so if that's ok I'm not sure why Green wouldn't be) were all drafted as SFs, none of which were meant to be big men. Before I dealt for Green I explicitly went back and checked his draft notes to see if there was anything about him playing SG, and when asked Spencer responded with "Hes gonna guard poorly wherever you put him. So Id probably leave him at SF." As you can see, there's no explicit "he can't play SG," so I fail to see why that would have changed. The spirit of this rule, to me, always seemed to be that guys who were meant to be big men shouldn't be playing SG. Lee was meant to be a big man, Green/Smith/Tucker weren't. and what exactly is your point? what are you trying to point out to me what I don't already know? Starting Shooting Guards must be.... 6-10 or smaller. 235 or smaller. Case by case we will look at it. but of course when we go to this Basically I dont want B- + rebounding guys at SG. Its unrealistic. Lots of teams have fucked this one up already. you, me and many people are "breaking the rule"

there's also nothing explicit in the rules that says David Lee can't play SG, so you see that's why if David Lee can't neither can Johnny Green but if you actually read the rules they both can.

I don't really have an issue with Lee at SG, I never said I did, I've only tried to present what the differences are between a guy like Lee at SG and guys like Tucker/Green/Smith.

These extra rules are hard to enforce with limited time.
