Strengths:
Long limbed
Great athlete
Great shotblocker already
Good rebounder
Good passer
Weaknesses:
Very raw offensively
No post moves really
Seems disinterested at times
May be undersized for a C in BBS
Questionable desire
Outlook:
Rakeem is an elite athlete. Almost to the point of being a freak.
Can run and jump like a deer. Also has great quickness for his size.
Will probably be an elite shotblocker in BBS immdeiately.
He also is a good rebounder when so inclined.
The key word here though is potential. He is very raw.
Offensively he has no go to moves to speak of, although he looks to be trying
to develop a baby jump hook. He does seem to have a natural soft touch though
so with time he may become a good scorer. His biggest drawback at this stage
looks to be desire. He looks downright bored at times with the effort to match.
Especially while his team is on offense. He looks to be a risky pick.
A high risk high reward type. More than likely will be lotto, where depends on the team
picking him's willingness to be patient and gamble he'll improve.
