Tyler Honeycutt Position:SF/PF Bday: 07/15/1990 H: 6' 8" W: 200 lbs College:UCLA Initial ratings:B- B- C- C+ C A Strengths:Excellent athlete Good passer Good rebounder Nice shooting touch Long limbed Weaknesses:Needs to bulk up Not a good ballhandler Tendency to pass open looks Raw offensively Can get lost on defense Outlook:Tyler has the look of a tweener at this point. He's not strong enough right now to play PF in BBS, but may not have the ballhandling skills to play SF either. He does'nt put the ball on the floor with any confidence at this stage with too many TO's in college. He does have a nice release though so his outside shot will likely get better with time. He is an excellent passer for a young player. Defensively he has the tools but needs to add strength and intensity to become the plus defender his talent suggests. He is a good rebounder and shotblocker. What may possibly elevate him into a top lotto pick though is his natural talent. His flaws are all things that can be corrected with maturity and work. He has great hops and athleticism as well as a natural feel for the game. Will most likely be a lotto pick and possibly high lotto.
