Raw offensively
Inconsistent perimeter shot

Outlook:
Mr. Gilchrist looks like a potential superstar.
A very fluid athlete who will probably get even better physically with maturity.
Extremely competitive and willing to do whatever it takes to win and get better.
A great effort defender who also brings the skills to go with it.
Can drive and finish with the best of them. Just needs to refine his moves.
His outside shot is a work in progress at this point. He has an inconsistent
release but will probably substantially improve with his work ethic.
Mike will most likely be a SG/SF in BBS but may have the handles to play PG as well in time and with work.
Very likely a high lotto selection and should devlop into a superstar caliber player with time.
