Rules regarding upgrading players with RCs or ACs.
-RCs are Reward Camps. Rewards can be earned by doing tasks or posting.
-ACs are Article Camps. Article camps can be earned by doing articles.
-Players cannot be upgraded more then 3 times, and only once in any category.
-No age limit.
-You cannot upgrade someone over 85 in an category.
-RCs are +3.
-ACs are decided by the outcome of the poll.
-You may RC a player 3 times.
-You may AC a player 3 times.
