Pros: As you can see, he has a BBS ready body, and can come in to the league right away and provide quality minutes for most teams. His athleticism is top notch, and he combines that with a good nose for the ball to clean the glass on both ends quite efficiently. As Play said, the Africans are always shot blockers, so you already know Ibaka will be swatting people into the stands and altering shots from the get-go.
Cons: He's everything you'd want out of a post on one side of the ball, but on offense, he's totally inept. Don't ever try to pick n roll with this guy, he'll end up completely missing the pass, or catching it and going barreling towards the rim at breakneck speed just to get an offensive foul called on him. He can't pass, nor handle, so forget about feeding him down low because it's not going to come back out. His post moves are decent, but not great. Basically, if he's right under the basket, he'll dunk, and if he gets an offensive board, he'll put it back in, but other than that, don't expect too much.
Overall: Should be a good roleplayer from day one, a nice hustle player off the bench, and has the ability to turn into an elite defender and rebounder.
