Strengths
Yet another gifted young athlete, Thaddeus has all of the physical tools to make it at the next level. He's already an explosive finisher, and this aspect of his game will only get better with time. He's got range out to the 3pt line, and is able to utilize his floater very well for such a young guy. His foot speed and length make him a good pressure defender, and he's able to get a good amount of steals because of this.
Weaknesses
Very inconsistent; hot and cold. His FT% isn't what you'd want in a small forward, and his shot selection is questionable. Needs to work on his handle, which can be pretty sloppy at times. Doesn't have good shot blocking instincts, so he isn't able to take full advantage of his length in that department. He should also be a better rebounder than he is, but finds himself out of position often, especially on the defensive end.
Outlook
He's still quite young and raw at the moment, but his uncommon physical gifts should assure him a selection in the lottery. It's tough to tell what the future holds for him, and whoever ends up taking him will need to have patience, but that said, he should see minutes right away as an energy player/inside scoring punch off of the bench.
