Strengths:
Good ballhandler
Very good athlete
Long arms
Effective driving to the hoop
Good defender
Weaknesses:
Lacks aggressiveness
No perimeter shot to speak of
Needs to get stronger
Very inconsistent
Poor FT shooter
Outlook:
Potential is the operative word here.
Wright is a good ballhandler/passer for a forward.
Great athlete with good lateral quickness and he works
hard to be a good defender. Probably unselfish to a fault.
However, his offense is a huge work in progress.
Very inconcistent shooting the ball from the perimeter and no 3 point shot at all.
Can drive to the basket because of his ballhandling ability and quickness
but does'nt do it often enough to be counted upon to score consistently.
Wright is a project with a capital P. If he harnesses his talent he could be a good player.
Probably a late lotto pick on potential alone.
