Strengths: One of the best college basketball players in the last decade, Gonzaga's rich basketball program hasn't had a player grace the hardwood as Adam Morrison has over the past several years. At 6'8 his shooting ability and ability to stretch the court has been paralleled by few in the college ranks. One of the best pure scorers in the NCAA whether it is his mid range game or his ability to beat defenders off of the dribble, Morrison has always been the focus of opposing coaches game plans and double teams. His critically acclaimed shooting ability is resembles that of Larry Bird making him very hard to block.
Weaknesses: The biggest weakness that scouts have with Morrison is if his NCAA game can translate to the BBS. Although with great handling and surprisingly quick speed can he get past guys who aren't Joe Shit from Portland State and legit man to man defenders in the BBS. If his offensive game cannot translate then don't expect too much from Adam on the defensive in. Kid gets lost in transition and his lateral quickness makes him a liability on the perimiter. At 6'8 Morrison relies completley on his ability to make plays and isn't a strong big banging SF that some GM's identify to love with there wings. Morrison's athletic ability has also come into question as he lacks superior athleticism.
Outlook: At best Morrison looks like instant offense off the bench but expect nothing more.
