Pro's: At 20 years old, Rodriguez has the makings of a potential BBS starter if he is developed correctly. He is an outstanding passer who dazzles fans with his no look passes and crafty dribbling. He loves to get out and run and has excellent court vision. Rodriguez can get into the lane at ease and usually finishes pretty well. Decent free-throw shooter.
Con's: Sergio's most pressing concern is his lack of defense. While he is excellent at anticipating passing lanes, he is a mediocre perimeter defender and is too light to guard bigger point guards. He also lacks any kind of consistency on his jumper and does not have much range. Despite his brilliant passing ability, Rodriguez often forces passes and can get turnover prone.
Overall: Should be a mid round pick. Could start one day.
