Ben Gordon 19 SG 6-3 200 UConn Rookie Ratings:[/u] C+ A- C+ C D+ B Peak Ratings:[/u] B- A+ B- C D+ B Strengths:[/u] Gordon is an outstanding scorer coming out of college and will look to continue to light up the scoreboards at the BBS level. He's got the quickness, athleticism, and basketball IQ to drive into the lane and score in the post, but he primarily gets his points from jump shots and 3 point shots. He's got a smooth stroke and can score from anywhere on the floor. He's a very good FT shooter and an equally good 3 point shooter. Gordon's also a solid ball handler, so he's a bit of a combo guard, but he's best suited as a SG most likely. Weaknesses:[/u] A poor defender, his D is really the only thing that could hold Gordon back from being a solid starter. Most scouts are convinced he'll never be much of a defender, and that in combo with the fact that he's very streaky makes him best suited for a 6th man role. He's also a very mediocre rebounder. As previously mentioned, Gordon is streaky, he's hot one game and struggling the next. He'll also have games where he turns the ball over a lot. Overview:[/u] A probable mid lotto pick who could start one day.

Mega scorer. Could be really nice if he develops some D.
