Strengths: He will be one of the quickest guy out on the court every single night. The guy can make it rain from the perimeter knocking down open shots and shoots pretty well from the FT line. Because of his quickness, he will be able to steal a ball or two and lead the fast break. In an outside offense he should be able to put up some nice numbers.
Weaknesses: Outside of his jumpshot and quickness there isn't much else Barbosa can do. He is very undersized to play the 2 and doesn't have the handles or court vision to play the point. He won't grab many boards and his defense is very poor. He will likely be a nice combo guard off the bench but nothing more.
