Pietrus is a very good defender. He plays excellent man-to-man defense and that's how he'll make a living in BBS. He's not gonna be a great scorer, but he should be a solid shooter. Pietrus is a quality athlete, he's got solid quickness and can jump, and he's versatile, as he can play SF or SG. What scouts really like about him is his persistence; he's driven to succeed, and he should be a solid player. Probably best suited as a 6th man, will likely be similar to Anthony Parker.
Weaknesses:[/u]
Pietrus isn't a great scorer in the post, as he struggles to penetrate into the lane. This will hurt his game in the BBS, and so he'll likely be limited to a back-up role. Additionally, Pietrus doesn't have great ball handling skills and is at times erratic when he has the ball. Not a great rebounder, but he's average. His main weakness is just his lack of upside. He doesn't have a lot.
