In the offseason, between lotto and TC you can upgrade players as often as you want. The 3 total upgrades is still in affect. If youve upgraded players during the offseason they can still be upgraded inseason.
So, you could upgrade a guy 3 times in the offseason if you were active enough.
Outlawz thought this up, and I like it. I think its a great boost to activity without screwing ratings up.

Pretty simple concept. Basically when i thought about bringing it up Spence i thought about how players use the offseason to improve their game as a whole so figured the offseason could be used by gm's to work harder to earn them rc's to improve their players as much as possible and max out their rc's instead of having to wait 3 seasons

So, instead of only being able to upgrade a guy once a season you can upgrade hima s much as you want between lotto and TC. so basically you just go about doing RCs from posts and articles but I have an "infinite" amount of RCs I can use on a single player? |

Also realize there will be no post pad threads anymore. With the new way to get RCs from posts every day is a post pad.

The only rule that changes is that instead of being upgraded once a year, a player can be upgraded up to 3 times in the offseason. You still cant upgrade over 85. You still cant upgrade more then once in a certain category. You still cant upgrade more then 3 times in a career.
Its offseason trainign frenzy because in the offseason you can upgrade a player more then once.
