I was listening to our local sports radio station this morning when he brought up a good point. He may have gotten somewhere else I dunno but anyway the gist is this.
Not giving TCU a shot at the NC can at least be understood because a big conference school also finished unbeaten.
However, matching up Boise and TCU is a bitch move because it's basically saying we still are'nt gonna let you crash our party.
TCU should play Florida who is still considered a top 3 team by many and Boise should get a shot at the Big East champ Cincy.
But then they'll have egg on their faces if Boise and TCU win and wont be able to justify the BCS conference format.
I agree completely. Let Boise and TCU play the big boys and see how they do. Football needs a playoff, this is all just BS as is. Has been for a long time.

This annoyed me too. I was pissed when I saw that they were playing each other.

Yep, TCU or Boise shoulda been matched up with Florida.
Give these non BCS schools a chance to prove themselves against a big opponent.

The only thing the BCS decided in this case was the NC game, not the Fiesta Bowl game. Bad picks by the bowls. Stupid result.

I'm actually interested in the BCS games this year.
No, I do not agree with the system but I'll take what is being given at the moment. The CIncy-Florida game is going to be fun to watch.
