  Oakland, CA "Today, we have relieved the duties of Tom Abdenour, who has been with us for many years as the Head Athletic Trainer on our team. Unfortunately, his skills were unsuccessful last year when he failed to help Chris Webber and others to recover from major injuries, which led to an early 1st round exit in the Post Season. We apologize to our fans but hope to move forward. We felt that this was the right move and we hope to have another successful year this season, barring injuries." - Warriors Front Office.
