I forget where I saw the link to it, but HR did say that. I don't see how it couldn't affect how a player sims. It would be too unrealistic to say that two players with a two foot height and 100 pound weight differential with the exact same points in every category would sim the same at the same position, all things equal.

I guarantee you a 6'9 300 LB big man performs better on the offensive end then a 6'9 230 lb guy with the same ratings.
