Stir frys are awesome. Use broth instead of soy sauce or oil. just saw this post lol. what kind of broth? bump to next page lol

Stir frys are awesome. Use broth instead of soy sauce or oil. just saw this post lol. what kind of broth? I use chicken broth. Usually just a little tiny bit of canola to give the meat a sear. Then add in veggies. Once it seems dry add some broth. Let that cook for a bit. Make sure you put the veggies in at the right time. I like them a little crunchy. Then toss in the pasta and cook it all together. The pasta tastes better if you cook the broth in a bit.

It depends on preference once again. But ya, raw pasta would take forever. Needs to be cooked somewhat.

I use chicken broth for everything. We buy tons of it at costco. Today we had leftover red potatoes from take out. I re fried them with a little oil and then some chicken broth. Made them more moist.

For thanksgiving Im making an nontraditional pork and beans. Baked pork. Seared, seasoned over cabbage and potatoes with chicken broth. Then some pinto beans with a little kick, some cajun seasoning. Then broccoli and some zucchini au gratin with maybe a manchego cheese.
