Strengths:
He's a scorer, and he'll be a good one from day 1. Great crossover dribble. One way or the other, Francis can get to the rim. Impressive hops - this kid can dunk with the best of them. Very strong all-around player for a guard. Francis has the ability to grab a solid number of rebounds, and even contribute an occasional block. Shouldn't be a defensive liability down the road. Pretty good at drawing contact and getting to the line.
Weaknesses:
Doesn't have the greatest range on his shot. He'll likely never be a particularly good 3pt shooter. He'll likely not end up being better than an average defender. He may have turnover issues - this may force him to be an undersized shooting guard, which would likely lead to defensive struggles. Don't expect him to be a pass-first PG if you play him there.
Overall:
He'll likely always be a capable scorer. Francis was a strong SG for Maryland, but will likely play PG in the BBS. He'll always be entertaining to watch, and he'll win you some games. That being said he'll have to improve significantly defensively and develop the ability to limit turnovers if he's to become a stud.
