Pros: Pierce has fantastic scoring ability and on the right team could average 20ppg his rookie season. He also has very good ball handling ability for a wing player. He shoot get quite a few steals and has the ability to develop into a very good defender.
Cons: Not a ton really. As of right now his defense will probably be mostly steals, he'll have a tough time with his man to man defense. His draft stock is more about his potential rather than his actual ability right now.
Overall: Pierce should easily be a top 5 pick. He will someday be a great scorer, but more than that he should be a great player. He also has the ability to develop into a fantastic defender. His potential should be very high and with his current ratings he could be the #1 option on a championship team.
