Strengths
Decent size for a SF who can also play SG. Very strong and plays hard and physical. Great defender who will contest every shot. On offense he's a spot up shooter, hitting the open 3 ball pretty consistently. Will do your team's dirty work and do it well.
Weaknesses
Quicker guards and forwards may be able to beat him off the dribble as his lateral quickness isn't outstanding. Apart from his outside shooting, he has no offensive game really, and doesn't get to the free throw line much.
Overall:
He's a solid shooter who defends well, but isn't spectaular in any way. He'll be perfect for any contending team though as a non-option who will help out defensively at SG and SF. Essentially, Posey is a very good role player and that's as far as his game will go in BBS.
