Strengths: Phills has an NBA ready body for a shooting guard and will be able to step into a rotation right off the bat. He can take care of the ball fairly well and won't turn it over much. He's a solid man-to-man defender, but don't expect too many steals from him. His shot is probably his best asset, as he can stroke the 3 consistently.
Weaknesses: He's a coachable guy, but don't think there's enough upside for him to ever become an all star. Court vision isn't great, sometimes suffers from tunnel vision when going to the hoop. Average finisher and slasher. Rebounding is sub par, sometimes doesn't box out his man so he can leak out on the break, leaving his team vulnerable to offensive rebounding.
Overall: He will be a good roleplayer. Contenders should take note of him as he would be good value somewhere between 20-25 in the first round
