Strengths: Very good shooter from distance. Very good perimeter defender. These two traits alone make Parker a potential starter at SG. He's a proficient rebounder from the SG spot. Not a great passer, but he also does not turn the ball over much. Parker should develop into a very good complimentary player. Plays good defense and doesn't seem to get into much foul trouble.
Weaknesses: Doesn't have an inside game. Since he doesn't get to the hoop, he doesn't get to the line very much. It would be nice if he was a better passer. He'll likely never be a scorer.
Outlook: Pick 10-15. He comes into BBS with pretty solid starting ratings and some room for improvement. At worst he looks like a solid rotational player.
