Magic - Talent for Picks?

IMPORTANT NOTE:
I can't afford anyone making more than 7 or 8 mill next season unless I'm moving one of my core pieces. For that reason, I'm looking either to package a core piece with someone like Fat Lever or Kiki or picks etc for an upgrade, or to move some of my depth for future picks. As much as I'd love to trade Kiki + expiring for a star, I simply can't afford it long term.

-1 year rental shot blocking/rebounding big.
-trade depth for picks.

I've offered Nanz his picks back a bunch of times (and not just for MRR, he wouldn't trade anything for them)
Habes can/could get his picks back whenever and I wouldn't demand Glenn or anything
Biggie got his pick back for Kiki, and that was before Kiki had shown he was capable of doing anything

The only pick I ever really held hostage was the Heat pick back when they had Barker. And that's just because I REALLY wanted Barker.

There was also the GAME situation where I offered him his 3 picks back + for Kermit, he declined repeatedly, then went on to trade Kermit a year later for 2 of his picks back.
