Who is/was better? I was just looking at Bingo's player page and noticed how amazing he's been and it reminded me of Preira.
I wish I still had the old files so I could see his career stats, but I know he scored over 38k points, won like 11 MVPs, and I think he even won MVP, DPOY, and 6MOY one season lol

Jordan will end up better than Bingo here.
Bingo was awesome, but he couldn't defend the perimeter at all.

Preira was so much better than every other player at the time it was crazy, Bingo is amazing here sure, but, there are a lot of amazing players now, Preira was just far and away untouchable in that league, and was able to play PG
