Strengths-
Raja comes into the league as a very developed player so far. His outside scoring game is top notch for a draft pick. Bell also has good size, and can battle for rebounds despite being a guard. His on ball defense, especially around the perimeter, is as good as it gets. Look for him to shut down some guards in this league after a few TCs.
Weaknesses-
His game inside is very limited. Instead of driving for the easy layup, Bell will often settle for the outside shot. He isn't overly strong or quick, so he won't dominate anyone with his athleticism. And for being praised as a defender, he really doesn't get that many steals nor does he block many shots. He is also fairly one dimensional, and will only fit in certain offenses.
Outlook-
A team running an outside offense would be a perfect fit for Bell. Not only does he have a great shot, but he also defends well and loves to run the court. He should be a nice backup guard for the first few years of his career, but he could develop into a decent starter especially in the right offense.
