His power went out Friday, and when it came back, his modem wouldn't load. RCA. The lights cycle and then just turn off. ANYONE KNOW SHIT?

Modem is prob fried. If its leased from the cable provider have them replace it.

Needs to call his provider. They should be able to run tests to see if it's his modem or an inline issue.
If it's the modem find out what brands are compatible with their service and buy a new one if he can afford it and doesn't wanna wait on them.
