Rookie Ratings: C+ C- D+ C+ B- B
Strengths: Samaki is coming into the league as an above average rebounder. He probably isn't going to become a starter but he'll at least be an asset on the boards. Not a big minute guy but his per/40 numbers should actually be pretty solid. Strong offensive rebounder. Solid potential and should work himself into a reliable backup big man. In his prime might not be a bad shotblocker either. 1.5 per game if given the minutes.
Weaknesses: Not much offensive game at all. Poor inside/outside ratings and he doesn't shoot to particularly good percentages. A bit turnover prone for a guy who doesn't really handle the ball on offense. Defense isn't really there right now. He could get you a block or so but the man-to-man D isn't great.
Outlook: Not a particularly good prospect but he'll be a rotation player. I could see him as a B-/B-/B+ big which is actually pretty solid for this league.
