Commercial is a tad bit ridiculous. Guess we can't call people gay in Jared Dudley's house or anywhere.
P.S Thought this was an ad for McDonalds at first.
P.P.S Why are they using Hill and Dudley as spokespeople. Casual fans will be like "who the fuck are those guys, are they gay players or something?"

I thought the execution was half-assed and awful. I am not a homophobe or slander homosexuality but I think GLAAD and commercials like this just add more insult to injury. People who use gay as a pejorative will still be doing it until someone in the Gay/Lesbian community takes a double take and starts to say "We are gay, we are proud and you can fuck off because we don't care." It is bullying 101, if you let comments get to you, people are still going to use them. If you don't let shit get to you, then people stop. The sad truth, but the truth. |
