Strengths:[/u]
Let's get the obvious out of the way. Ratliff is going to suceed in the BBS primarily for one reason. He's an elite shot blocker. He is a difference maker on the defensive end of the court, and will thus be a key player in the BBS. He should average 3+ BPG in the BBS and be a great defensive player. Solid post defender as well, he'll be a great defensive big. Ratliff's not too shabby offensively either, he should average around 11-12 a game, nothing special, but not terrible either.
Weaknesses:[/u]
Not the best rebounder. As a starter, don't expect more then 8 rebounds a game or so, so that's unfortunate. And not great offensively, as he'll never average enough to be a scoring option. Completely non-existent as a passer, don't expect many assists from this guy, he's downright terrible at finding open teammates. If he gets the ball in his hands, which isn't that frequently, he's either gonna score or turn it over.
