Travis Best
Position: PG
Born: 7/12/72
Height: 5-11
Weight: 184 lbs.
College: Georgia Tech
Pros: Travis Best is a very talented playmaker. Best has shown the ability in college to get his own shots and create shots for those people around him. He has very quick hands which allows him to get alot of steals.
Negatives: Listed at 5'11, some people think he's even much shorter than that and that will hurt. Most scouts believe Best has reached his ceiling and will never be able to get better, his lack of size certainly hurts. Not the best defender, will get posted up by the much bigger guards but he still does get into passing lanes and gets alot of steals.
Notes: Best will more than likely end up being a mid-to-late 1st round draft pick. Best will be in the mold of other smaller guards who come off the bench and give their team a much needed spark. Just can not see him ever leading a team and being the franchise point guard though.
