Pro's: The bottom line is this: Antonio Mcdyess is a big-time prospect. While he is a bit raw, he has a great base to build around. He can score the ball inside, possesses a nice 15 foot jump shot, and can hold his own in the paint. On the defensive end of the ball, Dyes is a solid post defender who can block the occasional shot. He's not an astounding rebounder yet, but he should be able to be a double-double threat every night he is on the floor in the near future. Likely has some good potential
Con's: Right now, it's tough to see Dyess coming into the league as a dominant force, as a lot of his game relies on potential. He's a good inside scorer, but still needs to work on his post moves and strength. Does not have one particular big strength right now.
Overall: Considering his solid foundation and potential, it's hard to see Mcdyess being picked outside of the top 5.
