Pros: Kurt Thomas is an all-around solid power forward/center. His inside isn't terrible, and he already has good defense and rebounding. He will definately be more of a defensive player than offensive, but that is fine for your big men. Will be a double double type player in his prime. Can come onto any team and play a significant role in his first season. Also, he doesn't have horrible outside for a big man, which will help with his jump shooting and free throw shooting.
Cons: Don't really see too much wrong with Kurt Thomas. He has solid defensive and rebounding ratings already. I guess his inside could be better, but that will develop over time. D+ handles could be a problem as Thomas could average a couple turnovers per game. He is also a little undersized to play a full time center on a team.
Overall: Kurt Thomas already has a lot going for him. He has a great defensive rating, and will block a good amount of shots a game. His rebounding is decent, which will allow him to get boards for your team. His inside isn't horrible to start with, and could improve. However, being a 6'9 center could have it's problems. Will most certainly be a lottery pick, probably around 10 or so.
