From now on you can RC guys up to 3 times in a year. Doesnt need to be before TC or after TC. You can RC guys whenever you want. The 3 RC rule still applies.
I do this because its easier for me. And because it seems like people would like to be able to RC guys multiple times, more quickly.

You cannot save RCs that you earn for jobs. You can save RCs youve gained from posts but not using them.
