Let's take a look back 10 years in BBS, back to the 2016 Draft and see who has improved in their first 10 years of experience here. I will cover the top 15 picks and then go over some late draft steals who have had a good career here.
#1: Evan Dickerson
2016: Evan Dickerson C 7'0'' 225 19 B+ C- D+ C+ C+ A
2026: Evan Dickerson C 28 7'0'' 231 A- C D A- A- D
What a career Dickerson has had. He wasn't the clear #1 overall selection coming into this draft, but he definitely looks like it now. He is easily the one if not the best big man in this league to date, and is currently leading the Bulls to one of the top teams in the East.
Career averages: 20.1 ppg, 11.6 rpg, 1.9 apg, 1.0 spg, 3.6 bpg
Re-Draft: #1 (=)
#2: Dez Ford
2016: Dez Ford C 6'11'' 280 20 B C- D+ C+ B A
2026: Dez Ford PF 29 6'11'' 280 B- C- C- B A- C
Ford was once a potential #1 possible pick in this draft, but in the end he is nothing more than a backup. He has only improved his defense and rebounding and just barely since coming into the league and has gotten worse with his inside game.
Career averages: 12.7 ppg, 8.4 rpg, 1.0 apg, 0.5 spg, 0.3 bpg
Re-Draft: #10 (-8)
#3: George Hall
2016: George Hall C 7'1'' 290 22 B+ F D+ C+ B A
2026: George Hall C 31 7'1'' 298 A- F C- A- A C
Hall is known in this league for his awful FT percentage and his high foul trouble. But he does everything else very well which is why he is so good. He takes care of the ball pretty well and is just amazing defensively and on the glass.
Career averages: 16.6 ppg, 12.8 rpg, 2.0 apg, 1.2 spg, 3.5 bpg
Re-Draft: #2 (+1)
#4: Broderick Hayes
2016: Broderick Hayes PG 6'3'' 200 22 C B- B+ B+ C A
2026: Broderick Hayes PG 31 6'3'' 200 C- A- A- B+ C C
Such an early pick, but he was hard to pass up on at the time. The PG has been troubled with turnover problems his whole career so he never really had the chance to ever become something in this league.
Career averages: 9.9 ppg, 4.2 rpg, 5.7 apg, 1.1 spg
Re-Draft: #13 (-9)
#5: Li Guo Wang
2016: Li Guo Wang C 7'2'' 260 20 B+ C+ C+ C- C A
2026: Li Guo Wang C 29 7'2'' 260 B+ C+ C C B- C
Wang was a sick scorer from the start, and a center with his range is someone you have to take early. But unfortunately he never developed and didn't improve much other than his rebounding. I don't even think he is lotto material if the draft were today.
Career averages: 9.3 ppg, 5.0 rpg, 1.4 apg, 0.4 spg, 0.7 bpg
Re-Draft: Not in Lotto
#6: Andre Hixon
2016: Andre Hixon C 7'0'' 225 20 A- D+ D+ B- C+ B
2026: Andre Hixon C 29 7'0'' 231 A- D+ D B B+ C
Hixon is extremely strong which is where most of his dominance comes from. He didn't improve offensively any, but his defense slightly developed and his rebounding developed significantly. Still one of the better players in this class.
Career averages: 17.3 ppg, 8.8 rpg, 1.3 apg, 0.8 spg, 1.7 bpg
Re-Draft: #5 (+1)
#7: Julysses Hall
2016: Julysses Hall SF 6'7'' 220 21 C C- B B+ B- A
2026: Julysses Hall SF 30 6'7'' 230 C+ C+ B- A- B C
This guy had no offense coming into the league and slowly developed a medicore offensive game. He is a stellar defensive wing and takes care of the ball offensively. Great wing to have if you are trying to win some games with few defenders.
Career averages: 7.4 ppg, 6.7 rpg, 3.0 apg, 1.2 spg, 1.4 bpg
Re-Draft: #12 (-5)
#8: Earl Dawson
2016: Earl Dawson SG 6'2'' 177 19 B- C+ C+ C C A
2026: Earl Dawson PG 28 6'2'' 181 B- B A- A C D
This guy came into the league very raw. He was a risky pick at #8 but turned out it was a great pick, he developed into a PG which wasn't expected by many GM's.
Career averages: 18.0 ppg, 4.7 rpg, 7.6 apg, 2.1 spg
Re-Draft: #3 (+5)
#9: Jackson Holman
2016: Jackson Holman C 6'11'' 301 19 C+ C D+ B- B- A
2026: No where to be found
Not much to say, guy just disappeared and no teams were interested in him.
Re-Draft: Not in Lotto
#10: Mark Lewis
2016: Mark Lewis SG 6'6'' 228 20 C B D+ B D+ A
2026: No where to be found
Not much to say, guy just disappeared and no teams were interested in him.
Re-Draft: Not in Lotto
#11: La'Shon Lesser
2016: La'Shon Lesser PG 6'1'' 170 22 B C- B+ B+ D B
2026: La'Shon Lesser PG 31 6'1'' 171 B C A A- D- C
Lesser was the Rookie of the year this season. Because of him winning that I think he was a top 3 pick, he is a smart PG and does everything well offensively and defensively. His ONLY weakness is his outside game.
Career averages: 13.8 ppg, 2.9 rpg, 9.1 apg, 2.1 spg
Re-Draft: #6 (+5)
#12: Matthew Johengen
2016: Matthew Johengen SG 6'5'' 220 20 C+ B C B- C- A
2026: Matthew Johengen SG 29 6'5'' 223 C+ A- C A- C D
He never turned into anything more than a backup, but not much was expected out of him.
Career averages: 8.5 ppg, 3.2 rpg, 1.4 apg, 0.8 spg
Re-Draft: #14 (-2)
#13: Isaac Woods
2016: Isaac Woods SG 6'1'' 187 20 B C+ C+ C C+ A
2026: Isaac Woods PG 29 6'1'' 187 A- B+ C+ B C C
Woods became a nice offensive player and improved his defense drastically from what it was coming into the league. He was a steal being picked late lotto.
Career averages: 12.0 ppg, 4.0 rpg, 3.2 apg, 1.2 spg
Re-Draft: #9 (+4)
#14: Ricky Roe
2016: Ricky Roe SF 6'9'' 226 21 B A- B- C C B
2026: Ricky Roe SF 30 6'9'' 230 B+ A A- C+ C- D
Everyone knew this guy was going to come in right away and score and he did just that. He even improved his offensive game. If his defense wasn't so bad he would of been a top pick this year.
Career averages: 23.3 ppg, 4.8 rpg, 4.2 apg, 1.2 spg
Re-Draft: #7 (+7)
#15: LaDaniel Graham
2016: LaDaniel Graham PG 6'3'' 225 20 B C+ B- C+ C+ B
2026: LaDaniel Graham PG 29 6'3'' 240 B A- B+ B C C
Graham is probably the 2nd best PG this draft. He was given a huge contract because of his nice statistics. Definitely would have gone higher if the draft was today.
Career averages: 18.1 ppg, 5.7 rpg, 7.1 apg, 1.1 spg

2016: Allan Avery SG 6'2'' 202 21 B B C- C+ C B
2026: Allan Avery SG 30 6'2'' 216 B+ A- C B C C
Allan Avery was a surprise to everyone. He would likely go top 4 if the draft were today. He is a very efficient player and isn't all that bad defensively.
Career averages: 24.3 ppg, 5.2 rpg, 2.5 apg, 1.9 spg

2016: Amos Sexson SF 6'10'' 220 23 B B- C+ B- C C
2026: Amos Sexson SF 32 6'10'' 232 B- A- B- A- C C
Best 2nd round selection in 2016. He became a nice all around player and earned a big contract.
Career averages: 13.1 ppg, 4.7 rpg, 2.7 apg, 1.2 spg, 0.6 bpg
