How is Lear a PG. D+ handles?

Saul Mariaschin PG 5'11'' 165 32 C B B C D- B is probably just a backup but he has some solid features to his game. First off he is a crazy ball handler. He will have very low TOs. Secondly he is a great jump shooter. Nice midrange game, very nice FT shooter. Lastly, he can get steals. Hed probably be a top 15 ball stealer with starters minutes.
Phil Rollins PG 6'2'' 185 22 C A- C C+ D B is a good shooter. Very good midrange with a decent 3 point shot. Rollins is a decent ball handler but not much of a passer. defense and rebounding are mediocre to poor. Probably just a backup.
Hal Lear PG 6'0'' 163 22 C B D+ B+ C- A isnt a prototypical PG but he should be good. Lear is a very good midrange shooter and a solid defender. Lear can guard man to man and get steals. Lear doesnt pass much but he shouldnt turn it over much either. Most importantly he has upside. Definite lotto pick.

Lear is very interesting. The low TO thing is appealing. Ricky Francis 2.0.
