Since Rutgers and Yale are pretty equivalent in education.

what the fuck are you talking about? lol Um, you know the Ivy League schools? Princeton, Brown, etc? Rutgers was asked to be a part of the Ivy League and they said no. I thought you meant Rutgers was the only college who rejected people who were qualified to attend Ivy league schools. |

Depends what you determine tiers to be.
Tier 1--Ivy's, Stanford, Amherst, Williams, Berkeley, Northwestern, Tufts, Bowdoin, Pomona, Duke, UVA, etc.
Tier 2--NYU's, BC's, BU's of the world
Rutgers would probably fall in tier 3
