what the fuck are you talking about? lol Um, you know the Ivy League schools? Princeton, Brown, etc? Rutgers was asked to be a part of the Ivy League and they said no. I thought you meant Rutgers was the only college who rejected people who were qualified to attend Ivy league schools.

Depends what you determine tiers to be.
Tier 1--Ivy's, Stanford, Amherst, Williams, Berkeley, Northwestern, Tufts, Bowdoin, Pomona, Duke, UVA, etc. Tier 2--NYU's, BC's, BU's of the world
Rutgers would probably fall in tier 3
