2021 BBS Draft Notes!
The number 1 pick in this draft is a no brainer to some, and a mystery to others. Many believe Dean Hollis should be the unquestioned number 1 selection. They site his amazing ability to score and his solid rebounding stats in college along with his solid frame. Others look more at his lack of athletic ability and questionable upside. Those in the group saying Hollis shouldn’t go number 1 say either Durell Valentine or Kwan Xi should go. Valentine is a beast in the low post. He isn’t athletic, but he is very strong and has a great post game. His lack of defense is disturbing. Kwan Xi is also less the perfect athletically, but he is extremely productive and he has a unique skill set. Kwan can shoot like few others in the draft and while he can’t score inside or defend much he is an amazing rebounder. The number 1 pick should come down to these 3 guys and it will be interesting to see who goes first.
