Definitely three. I think the other poll was confusing. I thought the question was 3 years total including your CY or 4 years total including your CY. I didn't want to cut a year off, but I definitely don't want to add one.
I like the idea of making it 42 wins though. Or 41.

Really hoping this stays at 3 years. I think 4 years would be a pretty bad change. I just don't think it would do any good. It seems perfect to me.
