Overview:
Inside: Struggles some with his inside shot, but Paulson is one Hell of an athlete. Should be a contender for the Dunk Contest with regularity, and is quite strong for the position. His play at the rim is something to behold as he may have set the record for most posterizations in the league. However, he still struggles close to the hoop on anything bit dunking.
Outside:
His form is absolutely atrocious, but to this point, it hasnt really affected his percentages that much, he is still a solid FT shooter and 3 point shooter, though there are worries that the extra few feet from College to BBS could hurt him, its a bit tougher with his shot at that range.
Handles: He is very quick, and is pretty nice at taking care of the ball, however, he does not pass at ALL. He is the definition of a ball hog, and has been widely considered a bad teammate.
Defense. Paulson does not steal great, average at best, he does block a shot or so a game with his athleticism, but he isnt great overall defensively. Mainly his quicks and his strength help him appear to be a better defender than he really is.
Rebounding: Meh, not great, not terrible:
Potential: major worries about Paulsons attitude lead some to be down on him, however, his athleticism is SO hard to ignore, he is a threat to wow at any time. His passing could be a huge hurt. His size and rebounding probably prevent him from being an SF, since his strength would otherwise allow it.
