1) Atlanta Hawks - Stephen Flint PF 6'11'' 229 22 B D D B+ C+ A
The Hawks are starting from scratch and when you build a team from scratch you start with either a pg or a big man. Flint not playing works to his advantage because the Hawks can lose next year and receive a good pick. Flint has nice upside and will turn into a top defender rebounder who can also score.
2) Utah Jazz - Marquell Rodgers PF 6'10'' 245 18 B- C- B- B- C+ A
He kind of looks like Greg Monroe. Hope that he turns out better.
3) Atlanta Hawks - Vince McCracken SG 6'5'' 203 20 B+ C+ C C+ C A
Big time scorer. You always need one of those on any team. Yeah, it would be nice to get a pg but if he passed on McCracken at 3 after Spencer said that 3 guys are the class of the draft he would never hear the end of it.
4) Detroit Pistons - Alex Jackson PG 6'5'' 208 21 B+ C B C+ C A
Derrick/Mccants/Jordan/Harris/Wang. They should be thinking about finding a replacement of Mccants. The listed sgs are kind of a reach at this point so the Pistons take Jackson who has the size and skill set to play sg.
5) Dallas Mavericks – Bobby Burns PG 6'2'' 195 21 C+ B- B B- C A
They have some young talent with Wesley/Bunn/Kanter and could use a pg/sg. Burns might be better than Jackson in the long run.
6) Orlando Magic - Tyrone Keane PF 7'0'' 245 19 C B C B C+ A
A lot of talent for so many losses. Selby, Reynolds, Richmond, Bosh. They look like they will go for a quick rebuild but they could just as easily draft to compete. If they want to compete they would take Moore or maybe Davidson. BPA is Akai Johnson but they already have Richmond and Bender. Keane has bust alert written all over him so buyer beware.
7) Atlanta Hawks - Akai Johnson SF 6'8'' 220 20 B+ C C- B- C+ A
They won't be worried about not getting a pg. Plenty of good ones in BBS. They will take the best player left and that is Akai. Very good solid three man nucleus.
8) LA Clippers - Rick Moore PF 6'11'' 245 21 B C C+ B B B
They will play it safe here and take the ready to play Moore. He will add some inside firepower which this team lacks.
9) SA Spurs - Ryan Edison SF 6'9'' 231 23 B- B+ B- C B- B
Not a great defender but he can score. A nice fit with the Spurs who are sorely lacking a sf. If the Spurs do well in tc they could be a force within the next year or 2.
10) New Orleans Hornets - Arnez Tuttle SG 6'8'' 225 20 C+ C+ C C+ C+ A
The Hornets have a lot of nice, young talent. Do they play it safe or swing for the fences? Since the safer picks would at best be backups they will take a risk on Tuttle.
11) Cleveland Cavaliers - Dalmar Ghedi C 7'0'' 247 19 C+ D+ D C+ B+ A
The Cavs need another inside player and have lots of options on the board. Dalmar is not as ready to play as Davidson or Carmichael but he should be better in the long run.
12) Denver Nuggets - Kenny Carmichael PF 6'10'' 220 21 C+ C- C- B+ B+ B
The Nuggets would love to pick McMurtry here and have Daniels rated higher but as far as need Carmichael fits in better. He wouldn't be asked to do much on offense which is good because he can't do much. What he can do is rebound and play D and that is what the Nuggets need.
13) Milwaukee Bucks - Torrie Daniels SG 6'4'' 188 20 C B+ C B+ D A
The Bucks have good young talent all over so they take Daniels who is the best player left.
14) Cullen McMurtry
15) Andre Laroche
16) Larry Davidson
17) Kent Caldwell
18) Harrison Newble
19) Walt Murray
20) LaDon Wade
21) Quincy Liston
22) Devon Peterson
23) Jason Guo
24) Andryunas Raskauskas
25) Terrell Devereaux
26) Sefa Faafeu
27) Nolan McCarthy
28) Nate Michaels
