A surprise early entry into the 2018 BBS Draft, Walt Murray a 6-4 shooting guard from D III University of the Ozarks in Clarksville, Arkansas has declared his intentions to join BBS.
Scouts really have nothing on the guy and really haven't been able to catch much tape on him at all. While he put up phenomenal stats, unparalleled by any DIII player ever before, scouts are questioning the competition he faced in college. BBS Scouts have also found no high school record on the guy as he seemed to come out of thin air and ripped up the scene.
Through the little video tape they had as well as some DIII bloggers scouts are very much intrigued by his potential. However, no one knows what type of player this guy will transition into in the BBS and if he'll ever succeed against the talent that it provides. Scouts say from what they know they see that he can do a little bit of everything.
A true question mark for GM's as well as a true boom or bust prospect. GM's will have to make the call on whether they risk taking him or not.
