Andryunas Raskauskas Height: 7'2" Weight: 275 Position: C Age: 21 Country/Team: Lithuania / Zalgiris
Bio: Raskauskas currently plays for Zalgiris, which is owned by Lithuanian legend Arvydas Sabonis and is his disciple. International scouts have been drooling over his upside for years. His contract with Zalgiris is ending and Sabonis is encouraging him to go pro in North America.
Strengths: Raskauskas has a very polished hook shot that he uses against smaller opponents. His post moves are constantly improving and he can do a little bit of everything underneath the basket. He is a great passer for a big man, but needs to improve with the ball in his hands. He needs to learn to either shoot or get rid of the ball faster. He is a good shot blocker and serviceable rebounder. His jump shot is also improving and he has range beyond the 3-point arc.
Weaknesses: Raskauskas is slow and would be much better off in a slow offense. He needs to be more careful with the ball in his hands because he turns it over quite a bit due to indecision. His rebounding is average. He doesn't get a lot of steals and would have no business playing SF because guys will blow by him. He is extremely unathletic and his size doesn't make matters better.
Outlook: Raskauskas is definitely a starter, but scouts are weary about his All-Star prospects. He can do everything well, but nothing spectacularly.
