Kid Carmichael as they like to call him has been tearing stuff up for MSU this year. Well not literally but he has been swatting the ball out of the gym. One of the best shot blockers in the NCAA this year, Carmichael's wide wing span and jumping ability has made him an extremely intriguing to BBS scouts. Carmichael's excessive blocking ability is only complemented by his explosive ability to hit the boards. Although not the strongest guy in the gym, Carmichael's toughness and tenacity always prevails over the weak minded and he snags boards like Pig snags babes at the bar. Decent free throw shooter.
Unfortunately Carmichael is somewhat of an offensive liability. He isn't terrible but anything above 13 PPG would be a stretch. He is going to make his paycheck off of blocks and boards. Handles are decent but not supberb. Doesn't have sky high potential
Carmichael is everyones solid defensive minded center. Lotto pick for contending teams due to the emphasis placed on defensive bigs.
