Jarek Milanković
Height: 6'1"
Weight: 185
Position: PG
Age: 22
Country/Team: Serbia / KK Split
Bio: Milanković has been the apple of many international scouts' eyes for several years. He is a fiery competitor who is a vocal leader and a great manager of the game. The reason why he hadn't declared for the draft was because he wanted to stay close to home for a little bit longer. Milanković has led KK Split to titles in back-to-back years, but with that in mind, he may not be the ideal prospect.
Strengths: Milanković is a tremendous shooter and incredible ball-handler. His game is similar to that of Derek Fisher, but his passion reminds many of Manu Ginobili - Milanković hates losing and is incredibly vocal on the floor. His defensive game is unpolished, but he continues to work on it every day. His basketball IQ is off the charts and he is a floor general. He will average around 1.5 steals-per-game and is serviceable on the defensive end.
Weaknesses: He is not a good athlete at all. You'll never see him dunk the ball or grab a lot of rebounds. He is a good passer, but isn't your typical pass-first point guard, he prefers to shoot first and pass the ball around. He is used to the triangle offense and may be considered more of a systems point guard.
Outlook: Milanković will likely be a starter as early as his rookie year, but don't look for him to be an All-Star for awhile, if ever. He will win you games though and that's what most scouts love about him.
