Terrence Caltepper

Strengths: A solid college player for three years at Oklahoma, Caltepper makes up for his lack of size with great will and determination. He will do anything to win and is a tenacious player on the court. His best asset is his post defense. He shut down a number of the nation's best bigs in college, and has drawn comparisons to the NBA's Chuck Hayes with his exceptional post defense. He is a stopper. Caltepper also has a solid post game and is a decent rebounder. Essentially, he just has all of the intangibles, as he will do anything to help his team win. He is an underrated passer and will never turn the ball over. He is very strong.
Weaknesses: Caltepper, despite being your prototypical power forward, is undersized. At 6'7, he will struggle to score against bigger and more athletic bigs. It will also hurt his chances to be a backup center. Caltepper, despite his great work ethic, doesn't have huge potential, as his size and athleticism really limits him. Although Terrence is a great post defender, he is not a shot blocker.
Overall: Should be a good role player and valuable post defender.
