Contract Clause: If not drafted with a lotto pick team would need to pay $3,000,000 USD for his rights
Explanation: $3,000,000 will be added to your team salary as a cut contract for example.
If your team salary is $75,000,000 and you draft Zizinho outside of the lottery you would take on whatever his rookie contract is plus an additional $3,000,000 which will appear under 1st year cut salary and your team salary would essentially become roughly $80,000,000
Height: 5'8
Weight: 160
Position: PG
Age: 19
Nationality:Brazilian-American
Place of Birth: Santos, Brazil
College:None
Team: Esporte Clube Pinheiros (Bucs)
Bio: Luis Nazario Hartley "Zizinho" was born to a Brazilian mother and an American father in Santos, Brazil. Zizinho is not your typical every day BBS prospect. He was developed in the Santos F.C. football youth system and many people had high hopes for him to one day play in European football but at the age of 14 decided his true passion was basketball and devoted all his time to it, taking after his father who had a relatively successful stint in Division II with Bloomfield.
Zizinho is currently leading the Brazilian league in Assists and Steals averaging a phenomenal 14apg to go along with 4SPG.
Strengths: Zizinho reminds many of Leandro Barbosa. Super fast, quick hands but the major difference between the two is Barbosa is a much better scorer than Zinzho but Zizinho is a much better passer and playmaker than Barbosa, and much like Barbosa Zizinho has a knack for finding the ball and is the reason why he averages so many steals per game. Since he is so fast he has no problem blowing past defenders and finishing in the paint.
Weaknesses: His short stature 5'8" will have him struggle against many of the more stronger taller Point Guards in this league. Sometimes Zizinho is to fast for his own good and that causes him to sometimes make silly mistakes and turn the ball over. His lack of range is worrisome but he still has time to develop it being so young at 19.
Outlook: Zizinho's lack of an offensive game and turnovers may see him drop out of lotto but there is no reason why he would not go in the mid-first round. Still young at 19 years of age he can go to a team willing to develop him and play him behind an established PG. There is no reason why he can not lead the league in steals one day and therefore his value may see an increase on that alone.
