Pros: Sharpshooter from the MAAC, BBS hasn't seen any prospect this good from the mid-major conference since Luis Flores back in the early part of the century. Johengen is blessed with baby like palms that let him shoot at will from beyond the perimeter. Scouts love his shooting ability and his long term potential in driving to the hoop. Plays great defense on the perimeter and shows some better than average passing abilities. GM's will love his ability to score and his defensive ability is sufficient enough for most GM's to find him minutes.
Cons: Lacks ideal athleticism. While Johengen shows great toughness and tenacity in driving to the paint he is not athletically gifted as other players in the BBS. Can get flustered when playing against bigger wings. Speed is average, any steals Johengen gets will be based off of hard work and defensive awareness.
Outlook: Guy everyone wants on there team. Didn't play against great competition at Canisius, however with the Griffins 2015 run to the Sweet 16 his draft stock rose with his tough play. Potential should allow him potentially to be a 20 PPG a night guy in the right system. Top 8 pick.
