Height: 6'9"
Weight: 232
Age: 21
College: Washington State
Position: SG/SF/PF
Draft Ratings:

Breakdown:
Inside:
Rouser is pretty average as in inside player. He is strong enough to handle PF, which is an obvious advantage at SG, and is athletic enough to handle SG. Though he isnt a standout athlete, he is solid, and is very good at using his athleticism to get off his shots. He tends to drift to the perimeter a bit more than scouts like, but its not due to a lack of inside skill, he just falls in love with his nice outside shot, and can get overly comfortable from out there.
Outside:
This is Rousers standout game. His three point stroke is impressive, and he has a pretty nice jump shot too. He has great form and a high release, helping him get off shots regardless of his opposing defenders location. He should be able to thrive on this at the next level.
Handles:
Rouser is able to play SG due to his impressive quickness. He has superb quickness for his size, and while he is still only going to be average to below average for a SG, at 6'9" 232, the fact that he can handle the position at all is a marvel. He has solid passing skills and solid handles. Nothing really standoutish though, he will commit turnovers at an average rate.
Defense:
Obviously he isnt an amazing defensive player, but, alot of his worries can be attributed to the fact that he doesnt block shots or steal at all. Positionally he is a good defender, and can handle defendingg PFs in the post, SFs driving the lane, SG's on the perimeter, all of it, but his upside as a statistical defender is nil.
Rebounding:
Pretty solid rebounder, though he really doesnt show a knack at either end for being great. He can grab boards, his quickness helps a lot with this.
Overall: Rouser should be a pretty solid player, and would be especially good in an outside offense. he is never going to be a statistical+ defensive player, which will hurt his stock for sure However, his overall skill makes him a top 8 pick.
